We work with all insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. We’re happy to help you understand your individual benefits and, for your convenience, will submit claims on your behalf. Our billing team is always available to assist with any questions.
Fees & Insurance
At New Horizons Counseling & Wellness, your privacy and confidentiality are taken seriously. Information shared in counseling is kept confidential except in limited circumstances required by New Jersey law, including:
Risk of harm: If there is a serious and imminent risk that a client may threaten bodily harm to themselves or another person, we must take steps necessary to protect their safety. This may include contacting emergency services or other appropriate parties, as required by law.
Abuse or neglect: Counselors are mandated reporters in New Jersey. Suspected child abuse, dependent adult abuse, or elder abuse must be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Legal requirements: If we receive a valid court order or subpoena requiring the release of records or testimony, we are required to comply as mandated by law.
Whenever possible and appropriate, we make reasonable efforts to discuss these situations with clients in advance.
